MSME Development

Supporting the Next Generation of Business Leaders

NCCI recognizes that Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the backbone of our Namibian economy, and without their vital contribution to all industries and sectors, our entire country is destined to fail. A key component of our mandate as a business support organization (BSO), is to enable and empower our MSMEs to grow and thrive, and we do that through a variety of benefits to our members.

NCCI's Enterprise Development Program

Through your NCCI membership, you can access many of the tools you and your business need in order to become sustainable and competitive in today's ever-evolving market. Our Enterprise Development Program (EDP) is in place to enable you to elevate your skills, expand your knowledge, and stay one step ahead of your competitors.

Here are some of the activities that we offer as part of our EDP
  • Virtual and In-Person Training
  • Communication and Information Sharing
  • Business Seminars
  • Coaching and Mentorship
  • Procurement Support

Negotiated Services for MSMEs

We understand that doing business can be expensive as an MSME, and NCCI is committed to creating a fair and conducive environment for our Namibian entrepreneurs. At NCCI, we are actively building relationships with strategic partners to offer discounted and/or negotiated pricing for products and services. One of the major benefits we currently offer is through our Group Medical Aid Schemes.

Group Medical Aid – NHP or NMC NCCI Group Scheme

We are excited to announce our partnerships with NHP and NMC who are offering discounted member-only health plans for the NCCI members. The rising cost of healthcare has been a concern for everyone, and the Chamber is happy to offer a negotiated discount program to help small employers provide healthcare at reasonable rates.
