  1. To promote women entrepreneurs in Namibia, through
  2. Capacity building activities like:
  • Business training activities. This is an on-going activity where women entrepreneurs have training sessions.
  • Mentorship and coaching. Hand on program where business women are mentored by seasoned business ladies, and have a practical experience.
  • Exchange programs. This is where women have scheduled visits to other regions and countries for best practice experience
  • Industry specific training. This is where women entrepreneurs are given industry specific skills, to enhance quality and shift from subsistence to commercial production.
  • Product development and market facilitation. This is where women entrepreneurs are provided an avenue to develop their business ideas into commercial products. The Women Desk then also facilitates the link to the consumer markets.
